This charming 76m2 one-bedroom apartment is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Located on the second floor and accessible by lift, the apartment offers both convenience and comfort.

The living room has an open floor plan, a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table. There's also a private balcony to savour the fresh air and enjoy a serene outdoor moment during your visit.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with premium hotel-quality linens, an armchair, and a desk, perfect for reading or catching up on work.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property sits in the historic centre of Porto, within the lively district shared by Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso and Sé. Steeped in local charm, this street lies just steps from Praça da Batalha and the Teatro Nacional São João.

The area offers direct access to Praça da Batalha, one of Porto’s historic public squares, which connects to Avenida dos Aliados and the city’s civic heart. From here, iconic landmarks such as the Avenida dos Aliados and the Cathedral are within a short walk.

For amenities, you have cafés and restaurants at your doorstep, Café Java and Porto Antigo are nearby, along with local shops, including Casa Crocodilo, specialising in leather goods and other traditional craft stores that reflect the street’s artisanal roots.

Transport links are excellent: São Bento station is less than 200 metres away, offering both train and metro services. Numerous bus stops are found around Praça das Camélias, linking you to all parts of the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
