Øvregaten was built in the late 1800s and lovingly renovated in 2025. This 1st floor apartment spans 80 m² and retains original architectural charm combined with modern comfort.

Despite being right in the center, the building sits on a quiet stretch of the street, offering a calm and cozy home base, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Bergen's charm.

LIGHT RAIL – The closest light rail stop, Byparken, is only a 10-minute walk away. From here, you can travel directly to Bergen Airport and other key parts of the city with ease.
