Relax and Nature few minutes far from the sea

S'Arrexina holiday house is an indipendent structure immersed in the Gallura countryside. It is situated behind the Gulf of Marinella, a few minutes from the white sandy beaches of Porto Rotondo and Costa Smeralda. As part of a territory valorization project, S'Arrexina recalls the traditional features of Sardinian stazzi (a typical rural house of northern Sardinia), combining them with modern and refined elements. The house, of recent construction, is developed on 55 square metres and has one cosy double bedroom, one spacious bathroom and a luminous living room with kitchenette. Outside, the sunlit porch and the spacious garden allow S'Arrexinas guests to enjoy the calm and the typical scent of this enchanting spot of Sardinia. S’Arrexina is the perfect base for those who love the sparkling and fashionable life of Costa Smeralda, but also for those who prefer exploring the inlands in search of traditions, festivals, crafts and natural wonders.

Gas heater is an extra and costs 4 Euro per cube meter

Sardinien pur

Wir waren 14 Tage in diesem bezaubernden Haus, in den Bergen von Sardinien. Zu den Stränden in der Umgebung ist Semit dem Auto nicht weit. Auch Tagesausflüge in den Norden der Insel sind gut zu machen. Auch unser Boxerhund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

MERAVIGLIOSO !!!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo soggiorno in questa tipica casetta sarda, la posizione, super tranquilla e strategica in quanto si possono raggiungere in soli 10 minuti di auto golfo aranci e porto rotondo. Che dire, super consigliato ! Prima o poi ci ritorniamo !!!!

Mocht je houden van rust op een prachtige plek met toch allerlei mooie plekken plaatsen en stranden in de buurt dan moet je hier naar toe! Toplocatie... genoten van dit mooie gedeelte van sardinië

Restful quite nights

Loved the house, extremely quite at night, easy to find beaches, restaurants, groceries, etc … The only negative was communication with property manager (I don’t speak Italian 😞) . Emanuela “saved the day” and was very helpful. I would be back and do it all over again 👍🏻

Sehr schön, gern wieder

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr ruhig außer die Hunde der Nachbarn abends. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Einer kam zum grillen, danach war Ruhe. Alles bestens. Tolle Strände in weniger als 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Navigation zur Haus / Zieladresse sagt zu früh, Sie haben ihr Ziel erreicht. Bitte die rechte Straße bergab bis zum zweiten kleinen Spiegel fahren, dann rechts herunter bis zum vorletzten Haus (offene Holzpforte). Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Modernes Landhaus

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage unsere Flitterwochen in diesem Haus und genossen die herrliche Ruhe, die Aussicht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen jedoch sehr zentral zu allen umliegenden Ausflugszielen und Stränden, man kann wunderbar entspannen und abschalten. Der besagte Zug ist unserer Meinung nach kaum erwähnenswert, da er selten und mit einem Waggon vorbei fährt, uns hat es jedenfalls nicht gestört, Fluglärm gibt es keinen. Ebenso die besagten "streunenden Hunde". Das sind zwei Dackel des einen Nachbarn, die bellen mal gern, kriegen sich aber schnell wieder ein ;-) Wie in südlichen Ländern auf Grund der großen Grundstücke üblich, besitzen viele Einwohner Hunde. Uns hat es ebenso nicht gestört ;-) Notfalls, Oropax mitnehmen ;-) Das Haus ist innen modern und minimal eingerichtet, es ist angenehm kühl durch die besondere Bauweise. Stein trifft Glas und Holz, wirklich hübsch. Das Bad ist sehr schön und großzügig. Mit dem warmen Wasser muss man ein wenig geduldig sein, aber auch das ist typisch in den südlichen Ländern. Unserer Einschätzung nach ist es ideal für 2 Personen, da sich die zweite Schlafmöglichkeit mitten in der Wohnküche befindet und lediglich ein Schrank vorhanden ist. Wer etwas lichtempfindlich ist sollte eine Schlafmaske mitbringen, die Fenster sind mit weißen Vorhängen zuzuziehen, Läden sind nicht vorhanden, jedoch Mückenschutz sowie eine leise Klima. Zur Selbstverpflegung ist alles vorhanden, aber wer mit eigenem Auto kommt empfehlen wir ein scharfes Messer mitzubringen. Ebenfalls möchten wir bei Anreise mit dem eigenen Auto empfehlen, nicht am vorgesehen Parkplatz zu parken, da das Wasser der Sprinkleranlage leider unschöne Flecken auf dem Autolack hinterlässt :-( beim Mietwagen ist das relativ egal... Die Außenanlage und Terrasse sind ebenfalls sehr angenehm und laden zum entspannen ein. Nach vielen gefahrenen Kilometern auf der Insel empfehlen wir den Besuch in Costa Paradiso (ein Traum...) sowie den Strand von Golfo Aranci, einkaufen kann man wunderbar im Conad (Terranova) sowie auf den Wochenmärkten. Das leckerste Essen fanden wir bei "Ristorante da Cinzia & Massimo" in Golfo Arranci. Italienischkenntnisse sind auf der Insel von Vorteil, da dort kaum jemand englisch oder deutsch spricht. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit an diesem schönen Ort und empfehlen das Haus sowie Sardinien als Urlaubsort sehr gerne an Ruhesuchende weiter :-D Vielen Dank an Valentina, Nadia und Marco :-) Patrick & Eva

Il y a tellement mieux - There is so much better -

Maison située sur un terrain encaissé. Superficie intérieure mesurée de 44 m2 contre 58 m2 selon l'annonce. Ces 14 M2 manquent notamment lorsque le canapé-lit de l'espace salon/cuisine sert de couchage. Les ouvertures de la maison sont dépourvues de volet/rideaux occultants. Cela facilite le réveil très tôt en été. Réveil aussi grandement facilité par une voie ferrée située à 40 m de la maison. Plusieurs trains passaient chaque jour dont un vers 6h55 et un autre vers 7h30. Bon accueil malgré tout. House dominated on all sides. Measured interior area: 44 m2 vs 58 m2 according to the rental advert on the website. These 14 M2 are particularly lacking when the sofa bed in the living room / kitchen serves as sleeping arrangements. The openings in the house do not have shutters / blackout curtains. This makes waking up very early in the summer. Awakening also greatly facilitated by a railway located at 40 m of the house! Questo facilita il risveglio precoce durante l'estate. La sveglia anche molto facilitata da una ferrovia si trova a 40 m dalla casa. Diversi treni che passano ogni giorno con un 06:55 ET ad un altro intorno alle 7.30.

Schönes Haus, super gelegen

Das Haus können wir nur empfehlen. Sehr sauber, geräumig und ein schöner Garten. Supermarkt und Restaurants nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Viele schöne Strände ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

This is as good as it looks! don't worry..

We wanted to book a place somewhere close to nice beaches, not to expensive and somewhere relatively quiet. After a long search we choice to stay here. Everyone knows that feeling of loving the pictures of a hotel or vacation home, but when you get there it is totally different. So that is always something to discover out there. I have to say this was as beautiful as it looks on the pictures!!! The interior inside the house is not large, but it works well, we liked it. All the rooms are neat, clean and modern. Utilities are there (great bbq). The beds/sleeping sofa could be a bit better, but then again, we are four tall people from Holland, so that is always something more difficult. (they did not expect us to be so tall, otherwise they would have taking that into account). The garden is great. It is quiet and lovely. Great after a day of site seeing. Also nice to have breakfast/bbq there and look at the stars at night. There is a outside shower also handy if you have to wash snorkelgear for example. You get your own parking space as well. The area is nice to walk through.. it is a hill area, but yet also close to the main road going south, west or north. Good grocery shop at 10 minutes away. There is a train, but no problem at night. We must say, the hosts are great. We had some questions upfront, which Marco and Carmela were happy to help us with. Titiana was our host in person and she was really relaxed and helpfull as well. I like that in a host, someone who treats you personal as guest, getting to know you a bit, and not see someone just as another customer. We had a small water problem one day, something that had nothing to do with the house, but they feld responsible anyway to fix this quickly and apologized for it, even though it was not there fault. All and all, i would recommend this place for sure, you won't be disappointed. And in Dutch: Dit is zeker een aanrader. Voor een gezin met twee kinderen ideaal! I don't have to really recommend any places to visit, because Titiana is happy to help you with this (ask for a boat trip). And also, there are a lot of books inside that show you the location of all the beaches. Ok one recommendation.. Go to restaurant agriturismo Giovanni.. But make sure you starved yourself for days if you go.. A five course meal, with bread and drinks included will only cost you 35 euro each.. These dishes are heaven on earth. I doubt you can eat it all though haha.. A lot!!! Thank you for everything!

PACE E TRANQUILLITA'

Ottima sistemazione fedele alle foto: casa tranquilla, silenziosa e rilassante. La sensazione è quella di essere lontani da tutto anche se in realtà spiagge, supermercati e ristoranti sono solo a 5-10 minuti in auto. Gli interni e il giardino sono molto curati, equipaggiati con tutto ciò che può servire. Buona anche la comunicazione con i proprietari, ci hanno guidato all'arrivo e sono stati molto gentili e disponibili durante tutta la vacanza.

Toller Ausgangspunkt für die Costa Smeralda!

Dieses tolle Häuschen sieht genauso aus wie auf dem Bild. Es liegt ziemlich an der Spitze der Halbinsel vor Golfo Aranci. 10 Minuten zum Strand. 5 Minuten zu einem gigantischen Supermarkt am Ortseingang von Olbia, 5 Minuten zur Autobahn Richtung Süden. Von dort aus kann man die ganze Costa Smeralda abklappern. Der Garten ist Nachts beleuchtet, eine Dusche auf der Wiese sorgt für Erfrischung. Man ist dort ganz allein. Hin und wieder (ganz selten) fährt ein Urlauber aus den benachtbarten Häuschen vorbei. Super Air-Con, aber nachts kann man mit offenen Türen und Fenstern auch gut schlafen. Wir waren dort zu viert, das hat prima hingehauen. Das eine Doppelbett steht dann allerdings in der Wohnküche. Uns wars Recht! Super Waschmaschine, supergroßer Kühlschrank, Wlan läuft einwandfrei, wenn es sich nach 5 Minuten eingeschaltet hat. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Einziges Manko: Die Kläfferei der streunden Hunde nachts. Die laufen da irgendwo durch die Macchia. Überhaupt nicht beunruhigend, aber manchmal nervig, da es weithin schalt. Na ja, vielleicht gibts die ja nicht mehr, wenn SIE hinkommen. Und alle paar Stunden rattert so ein kleiner Zug in 100 Meter Entfernung vorbei. Ansonsten absolute Stille. Ich wünschte ich wäre wieder da und nicht im Büro!

"Petite maison de style sarde avec une agréable terrasse ombragée orientée à l''est et un jardin très soigné. Les propriétaires se sont montrés sympathiques, chaleureux et disponibles. L''appartement est joli, convenablement meublé et très bien équipé pour la cuisine (y compris le nécessaire pour un barbeccue). Chauffage et climatisation fonctionnels. Nous y étions en avril et il y a fait encore frais mais tout le jardin était en fleurs. Les commerces sont accessibles en voiture en une dizaine de minutes et le lieu est idéal pour découvrir le nord-est de la Sardaigne."
