Casa Leuca’s outdoor spaces covers over 800 square meters and feature a beautifully paved garden with a private swimming pool, 5x8 mt. depth 1.40 mt; equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, creating a serene setting for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can unwind in various seating areas, enjoy alfresco dining under an automated gazebo, and take advantage of a covered parking area equipped with electric charging facilities.

Casa Leuca is set on the ground floor of a historic 19th-century villa that has remained in the same family for generations, it covers over 180 square meters and was totally renovated in the 2023
The property features a spacious living and dining area, adorned with traditional ‘star and barrel’ vaulted ceilings. Accommodating 8 to 10 guests, it offers five elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. At the heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing and savoring meals together.

Bedroom 2: On the left of the entrance, this room offers a double bed (170x200), sea and garden views, direct garden access, and an en-suite with shower. Includes air conditioning and mosquito screens.
A corridor leads to the three remaining bedrooms at the rear of the house:
Bedroom 3: A cozy space with two single beds (80x200, non-joinable), an en-suite with shower, air conditioning, and mosquito screens
Bedroom 4: Features a double bed (170x200), en-suite with shower, and direct access to the garden (4 steps). Includes air conditioning and mosquito screens.

IMPORTANT: Please note that Casa Leuca is completely independent, ensuring full privacy. The villa’s first floor is not available for rent, as it is used by the owner. It has a completely separate entrance, and no spaces are shared.

Refundable security deposit of Euro 1500,00 to be paid at the arrival and will be refunded at the check-out day if not damage occurred to the house
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 10am
Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm for an extra fee of 50 Euro
