This charming 90m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The bright and airy living room features a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony, furnished for your comfort, and take in the stunning views.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery.

The first bedroom offers a homely queen-size bed and a wardrobe, along with direct access to the balcony, an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy some fresh air. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe as well. All beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure your comfort and peace of mind.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area offers quick access to stunning landmarks like Cabo Girão and the historic Igreja de São Sebastião. Stroll along the colorful harbor promenade or admire local art and architecture. Enjoy fresh seafood and espetada at nearby restaurants like O Polar and Vila da Carne.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
