Situated in a quiet building with friendly neighbours and right by the canal, so you can enjoy a relaxing nature walk (local wildlife included - 🦢 🦆 🐣)!
Within walking distance of tram/bus/train station and the city centre. Enjoy the cute cafes and restaurants located in the neighbourhood.
Tucked away at the rear of the building for total peace with leafy garden views.
My flat is
- 15min walk from Haymarket train station (direct bus or tram to the airport)
- 30 seconds to a local convenience store
- 25 min walk from the meadows and the castle
- 10min from areas filled with cute restaurants and cafe in Brunstfield or Dalry - you will find a list of my favorite in the flat for all budgets ☕️🍝-.
- Just by the canal (full of birds and wildlife)

I have been living in Edinburgh for 5 years and this flat is my cosy home. It is a wonderful city full of surprise and charm and I hope my home can be as cosy for my guests as it is for me for their stay.

This area is centrally located, 15min walk from Haymarket, very well connected to bus/train/trams and surrounded by Dalry and Brunstfields where you will find plenty of cute restaurants and cafe. The flat is just by the canal, where I can go on a walk to unwind in the evening and catch some nature and wildlife.

It is a traditional tenement flat, extremely well located for travellers coming by plane or train, located in the rear of the building so extremely quiet, which has a wonderful Japanese bath to unwind in and a fully equipped working station.
