Nuestra Casa, walking distance to beach and town.

A very nice bungalow in a quiet park, with a very large garden patio and a nice pool. Children are welcome. The house is fully equipped, including sun loungers. In 2024 the house was renovated (new bathroom, extra toilet, new appliances in the kitchen). The terrace has sun all day. Because it's low in height throughout, you can enjoy the sunset until late. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space and the whole house has air conditioning (hot and cold). The sea is 800 metres away on foot, and the centre of Denia is 1500 metres away. There are many activities to do in the area: tennis, paddle tennis, cycling, hiking, etc. There are also many restaurants nearby, and for sea lovers: it is also possible to dive and rent a boat or jet.
In short, a nice house, which is located in a part of Spain where you can experience a lot.

For the record: a deposit of 350 euros is requested. This is billed separately. After that, you will receive it back, minus damage due to non-normal use, and energy costs of €0.4/kWh. We advise you to take out a travel insurance.
