CURATED PROPERTY PRESENTS: Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom apartment, perfectly situated within walking distance of the stunning Carcavelos Beach and just moments from Oeiras train station—offering direct access to Lisbon and Cascais in under 20 minutes. Whether you're here to explore or unwind, our home is designed to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Each bedroom opens onto a private balcony, and the serene pool area is ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. With ultra-fast WiFi and a dedicated room that doubles as a home office, our apartment is ideal for remote workers too. Thoughtfully decorated with care and warmth, we hope you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
The Space:
Our apartment offers a warm, welcoming space that’s ideal for both relaxation and remote working. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine—everything you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine, perfect for enjoying a fresh breakfast out on one of the many private balconies.
The open-plan living and dining area is a cosy spot to unwind. Settle in on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your favourite series on the high-definition TV with Netflix, or gather with friends and family around the dining table, which seats up to six people.
There are three inviting bedrooms, each with its own private balcony:
- Bedroom 1 features a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and a balcony with a view of the pool and a chair to sit and relax.
- Bedroom 2 offers two single beds, built-in storage, and a balcony also overlooking the pool.
- Bedroom 3 has a single bed with an additional pull-out bed underneath, a desk and chair for working, and a balcony facing the square.
The flat has two bathrooms: one with a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet; the other with a bathtub and showerhead, washbasin, toilet and bidet—ideal for families or groups.
You’ll also have access to the communal outdoor pool, complete with sun loungers—perfect for cooling off or enjoying a lazy afternoon in the sun.
To top it all off, there’s ultra-fast Wi-Fi (approx. 500 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload), ensuring you stay connected whether you're working remotely or streaming your favourite shows.
Please note that a neighbouring apartment on the same floor is undergoing renovation between November and February. You may experience some light disturbance between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, though noise is expected to be minimal. The renovations will be done end of March.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area right on the border between Oeiras and Carcavelos, offering the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience. Just steps from your door, you'll find a typical Portuguese café, a modern restaurant serving Portuguese tapas with a twist, a pharmacy, a gym with indoor pool, padel courts, and even a self-service launderette.
A short walk brings you to a wider variety of options, including sushi restaurants, cosy cafés, the Oeiras train station, the marina, and several beautiful beaches—all easily accessible on foot.
For your shopping needs, there’s a shopping centre with a large supermarket less than 10 minutes away on foot (or just a 3-minute drive). The area is also becoming increasingly bike-friendly, with growing numbers of dedicated cycle paths—perfect if you fancy renting a bike to explore the coast or ride down to the beach.
Getting Around:
There is free street parking all around the building, and it's easy to find a spot at any time of the day.
The train station is a short walk away (5 mins), with trains to Lisbon and Cascais among others.
Other Things to Note:
The pool is available year-round for guest use, open daily from 9am until sunset.
In accordance with Portuguese law, we are required to collect certain personal details from all guests (such as passport/ID information) for submission to the SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras).
