Whether you're a couple, a solo adventurer, or travelling for business, my flat offers a comfortable and authentic base for your stay.
Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the flat is just a 2-minute walk from the lively Leith Walk, where you'll find a vibrant mix of independent cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops. The historic Old Town and elegant New Town are both within a 20-minute walk, making it easy to explore Edinburgh’s rich heritage and culture on foot.
The property is NOT suitable for children or infants, and, please note that, in accordance with my Edinburgh Council License (EH-71090-F), can ONLY accommodate a maximum of two guests.
Please note that smoking is NOT permitted, including vaping, and pets are NOT allowed

I rent out my place when I am traveling or working abroad so you are renting my home and hence, it feels cosy and homely, with character!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
I love Leith. It is vibrant, diverse, full of independent businesses, it has character and it is self sufficient with lots of shops, coffeeshops, bars, restaurants. It is welcoming and very well link to public transport. The tram takes you to the airport and there are tons of buses to other areas of the city. And it is walking distances from the city centre.

It is my home, so it feels cosy and homely. It has my character imprinted on. There is lots of light throughout the flat. It has all what you need to make you feel at home. I put a lot of care on getting the flat ready for guests and that is something you would sense when you come in.
