The property is right in the city centre, but within a mini estate so it is peaceful with inner courtyard and street views.

7 minutes walk to the Rotherham train station & coach station.

10 minutes drive to Sheffield.

5 minutes walk to the New York stadium (Rotherham FC).

10minutes drive to Meadowhall shopping centre, Sheffield.

Also close to IKEA, the Crucible, lots of resturants, cinemas, pubs/lounges, Rother valley park.
