Beautiful Home with pool, great location

We had a wonderful time! The house was very spacious and beautiful! The pool was a great place to relax. It was close to restaurants, and shopping! And not far from the beautiful beach!

Awesome family home!

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home! We all had our own space and when small issues came up, they property manager took care of it right away!! We love Marco Island and will be back!

Great Fall Break

Loved the house, really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. My kids enjoyed pool and hot tub and seeing dolphins and fish in canal. Convenient location to everything. Pool was not in sun was our only negative take away.

Exceeded expectations!!!

The property was very clean and conveniently located to everything we were looking for on Marco Island. Although we didn’t catch a lot of fish, my family fished every morning and evening from the dock on the channel. The house was amply supplied with all amenities during our stay. Communications with the property manager was very helpful and prompt as well. We’d definitely stay at this property again!

Only quibble is that it's located a decent walk away from the public access to the beach - which is an issue on Marco Island because there are only four public access points for the whole island, and only two have parking (for a fee).

First time house renter!

First, this was the first time my family and I have rented a house, as we have always rented a condominium! However, since we have six kids and one on the way, we decided to try a house! This house with a pool/spa from Marco Island Vacation Properties exceeded our (high) expectations! The little kids are primarily interested in a pool - not the beach! The pool and spa were sized perfectly for our large family, and the temperature was just right! Is older kids had a short walk to the beach public access! The house was equipped with any and every beach and pool toy we needed - even for our large group! Even though there were eight of us, the house is big enough and laid out such that we didn’t feel cramped! We ate in several times, and the kitchen was top of the line and easy to use! The house, pool/spa and grounds are meticulously maintained! Marco Island Vacation Properties was the best property management company we have ever worked with! Great communication, via their interactive texting service and their app. We had zero unanswered questions or concerns! We even had a flat screen television that had an irreparable blue tint in the main room. I sent them a text and a new, improved television was delivered and installed the same day! We were blown away! If you’re considering this property and reading this review, don’t hesitate to book it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House itself its very beautiful, but most homes in Marco are. my main issue was the lack of kitchen ware. one small broken coffee maker, however we did call the management comp. and got a bigger one right away. the pots were all dirty, not a large selection of pots/cookware. the kitchen was very disorganized. the pool was very small, no more than 4 people at a time in the pool, too small. we are a young couple with two small kids and have been coming to Marco for the last 5 years and we've renting cabins up north and this home, although beautiful has been my least favorite. the house was not cleaned to my standards but I do not hold the owners or management comp accountable since most cleaning crews do not clean. also, I did not like that everything had to be done through and app, I prefer the old fashion way, a binder, sticky notes, whatever, I really did not want to be checking my phone constantly.Finally, I have never been asked to wash the linens, if I have would have known this, I probably would have not rented this property. We did pay a cleaning fee.

Wedding getaway

We came to town for a beach wedding and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This house was like our home away from home!! So comfortable and so well done. We all enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend!

July 2021 Stay

Our family stayed here for two weeks and we loved everything about the house. It was very clean, stocked with towels and everything we needed for the beach, the pool/dock area were wonderful and we just loved everything about this house. We will definitely be renting again!

We had a fabulous stay at this property on San Marco Rd! The home was beautiful and very clean! It was well equip with everything we needed! The entire family enjoyed to pool and spa each day! The beach was only a short drive from the house! Beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for a day at the beach were available! There were many pool toys and beach towels at the house to use. It was great to have plenty of room and the ability to cook all meals at the home during this Covid scare!! The Marco Island Property group were awesome in answering questions and resolving any issues we had quickly!! We will definitely return to this property again next year!!

We had an amazing time in Marco Island! The staff were accommodating and courteous. The house was very clean and had everything needed to enjoy a comfortable family vacation. My kids had so much fun in the pool and jacuzzi when at the house, and the kitchen/bathrooms were more than suffice for our needs. We also came at the beginning of tropical storm Eta and it had minimal impact on our stay luckily. We’d definitely come back!

Marco family adventure

Very pleased with the beautifully appointed and clean property from the time we arrived. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone to enjoy- the dock was an added plus for boat rental! Centrally located on the Island to easily access restaurants beaches and shops. Short ride to Everglades and Naples for additional entertainment. Safe walking neighborhood fairly quiet this time of year. Great ease in dealing with property management via text or hospitality app. Definitely would return!

Location is very good to get to most activities, the street is very busy though. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Great House

The house was great! The location is perfect. You can get anywhere on the island in 10 minutes or less. We truly appreciated the use of beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and the handy cart to take it all to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill. I would love to come back.

Top notch

This place was breathtaking! Nothing short of what others have said! We walked in and new that we were going to be at home for our short time on the best island in America!!! The hot tub was the best spot to spend tons of time! Even better there were actually items there to use! We have done many of these rental spaces but we’re never treated with what we needed from the start! That was amazing!!! I am very hopeful this place will be available when we get to come back again. Ps the couch bed in the study did work great as an added bedroom for the short stayers. Thanks again you are doing a great job!!

Great Vacation

Very nice property, location and amenities! We really enjoyed this home, poll, spa, dock and location. Our only issue was, the home was listed to sleep eight and the hide a bed was nonfunctional which the property management company was aware of before we arrived and my daughter and son-in-law had to sleep on the couches for three days until they brought us an air mattress which leaked air over night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and perfect size for our family. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the many amenities the home had to offer. The pool and spa were a good size for our family of 4. The kitchen layout was great, but the cookware was limited. We ended up purchasing a muffin tin to make breakfast muffins. It would be nice if they added basic measuring tools like spoons and maybe a measuring cup. When not eating at the house, you could find places to eat nearby. Checking in and out were a breeze with the app. We arrived on Saturday after the office had closed, but were able to get instructions and access to our check in packet. The property management kept us informed of garbage and recycle pickup schedules and gentle reminders throughout our stay.
