Stylish enjoyment for six people – luxurious villa with a roof patio and a yard

This modern L-shaped villa at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation with the whole family or a group of friends. With three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious roof patio, there is plenty of room for being together and privacy.



Light, space, and comfort

The 70 m² villa feels spacious and open thanks to the large windows. In the living room, you will find a nice sitting area with a TV and a large dining table. The open kitchen is modern and complete, equipped with an induction stove with an integrated extractor, a combination oven, and a dishwasher – everything you need to cook together easily.

There are three bedrooms: one with a private bathroom ensuite and two other rooms with comfortable beds and ample storage space. The second bathroom is separate and has a luxurious walk-in rain shower. A separate toilet provides extra convenience.|



Outdoor living in style

Enjoy outdoor living in the spacious yard with a lounge set and a dining table or retreat to the large roof patio with lounge chairs – a wonderful spot to relax in the sunshine or enjoy the fresh outdoor air in the evening.



Sustainable and fully equipped

The villa is fully electric; equipped with a heat pump, solar panels, and a private parking space. Also nice: pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your dog along.



About the park and the surrounding area

MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is located right by the IJsselmeer and offers everything for a carefree vacation: a marina, a beach, a sports field, a supermarket, playgrounds, and nice catering establishments.

Historic Workum is only 2 kilometers away and offers charming streets, nice stores, and inviting patios. In addition, the area invites you to take long hikes, nice bicycle trips, or an afternoon on the water.

Die Insektentüren waren ganz toll, so hatte man keine Mücken in seinen Räumen. Die Klimaanlage war auch ganz toll, da es sich sonst durch das viele Glas schnell aufheizt.

Das ein und auschecken klappte problemlos mit Pin. Für das Haus braucht man auch nur den Pin, was sehr praktisch ist, weil man nicht dauernd auf einen Schlüssel achten muss. Am Haus direkt ist ein Stellplatz. Im Haus ist alles, was man braucht und genügend Platz. Die Betten waren super.
