The tiny house comes with everything you need for a relaxed stay: a snug fixed double bed and a separate sleeping corner with two single beds, all made up with pillows, duvets, and fresh bed linen. Step outside and you’ll find two garden chairs waiting for you, the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee while soaking in the calm surroundings.

Inside, the home is practical yet inviting. The private bathroom has a shower and toilet, while the covered kitchen makes it easy to whip up simple meals. With a stove for frying an egg, a coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and all the utensils you might need, you’ll feel right at home. Electricity points are available to keep your gadgets charged, so you don’t miss capturing a single memory. Outside, a picnic table and gas barbecue invite you to enjoy long summer evenings under the open sky.

The location makes it even more special. Within a few minutes, you can reach the wide sandy beach of Callantsoog for sun, sea, and relaxation. Nature lovers will enjoy walking or cycling through the Zwanenwater dune reserve with its unique flora and birdlife. In the village itself, you’ll find cozy restaurants, shops, and ice cream parlors. Further afield, day trips to Schagen, Alkmaar with its famous cheese market, or even Texel Island are easy to plan. A place where nature, comfort, and Dutch coastal charm come together.
