On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, a reading room with an extra bed, a bathroom with a shower cabin and kitchen. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, all of them with private bathroom and air conditioning.



The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob with 4 burners, electric oven, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle.



The room has access to the patio where you will find the swimming pool, outdoor furniture, and the barbecue grill.



The capacity of this accommodation is 7 people. For babies, we have a travel crib and high chair available upon request. We inform you that the travel crib does not include sheets.



The accommodation is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.

We do not accept bookings from people under 25 years old. A deposit of €500 may be requested, which will be returned after verification of the apartment's good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
