This could be a very good property with some work.
The listing includes parking. This is misleading as it is on street parking. This area is permit holders only. You can park for 2 hours Mondays to Saturdays 8-6. If you check in at 3pm like we did you have to move your car at 5pm. Parking was quite limited and therefore a walk to the apartment.
When we arrived at 3pm the apartment was 12c. We clicked the thermostat by the bathroom. When we returned at 6pm the apartment was 14c. The radiators never worked or heated. The bathroom floor appeared warm. By the time we left the next day it had reached 17c. Thankfully it wasn’t cold outside so this wasn’t terrible but the heating definitely needs attention.
We were 5 people as per booking and correspondence with the host. The 5th person had to use the sofa bed but only a sheet was provided. No duvet. We used thin blanket off the bed but she was cold particularly due to the heating issues.
Bathroom sink leaks when used from the u bend. Creates large pool on floor which has been going for a while as there was damage to the flooring. Mold on wall behind sink as a result.
The property has great potential but needs attention.
