The studio is spread over a single large space consisting of a living area with kitchenette, sleeping area and bathroom.
The living area consists of a comfortable sofa, armchairs and kitchenette with a peninsula equipped with basic kitchen utensils, electric induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, capsule coffee machine and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed, lamps, a wardrobe, a 43 inch swivel smart TV for use both in the bedroom and in the living room.
The bathroom consists of a sink, bathtub and bidet. The apartment also has a comfortable furnished terrace, equipped with windows and blackout curtains, biofireplace, air conditioner, which make it habitable during all periods of the year.
Ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi connection available throughout the apartment, internal and external air conditioning.
The entire studio apartment and the terrace are available to guests, it will be provided with bed linen, towels, soap, wellness kit and toilet paper. In the area outside the building there is ample free street parking. In front of the entrance of the building you can see the Galla Placidia park, you will find a green area equipped with seats and games for children.
