Margate has such a unique character — it blends the charm of a traditional seaside town with a vibrant creative scene. You can spend the morning on the sandy beach, wander through the Old Town with its independent shops and galleries, or catch the sunset from the Turner Contemporary. There’s a real sense of history here, but also a lively, modern atmosphere with festivals, music, and food spots to discover. For me, it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and energy, which is why I wanted to share it with others.
