We've set up our 'hide-out' so that we can arrive and let go at any time - because who wants to spend the first few days of vacation 'getting the place in shape'? For us, this includes a complete set of furnishings. From A - for alcohol - (there's a bar that each guest refills to their liking), to B - for cutlery (knives, forks, spoons, plates - and everything that belongs in a modern household, including toilet paper) to Z - for matches for the fireplace or even a 'fence area...'.

Let us know if you think we've forgotten something important...we're open to suggestions. Seriously, we'll spare you the usual lists and brand name dropping - those come a little later in the description anyway - just be patient.

Our house is approximately 130 m² in size, features a cozy open-plan living and dining area, four bedrooms, one full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet in the attic. The approximately 1,500 m² property is landscaped – at the front, with a driveway, a carport, and a lawn with a stone terrace – and at the rear, with a secluded garden (bordered in wickerwork, typical of the region), a wooden terrace, and a sauna extension. Garden lighting, a gas grill, garden furniture, loungers, and everything else you might need to enjoy the whole experience in a relaxed manner – we promise. The house is quietly located on the outskirts of Tating. Sankt Peter-Ording is within 8 km, where you can enjoy all the wonderful things a North Sea spa town has to offer – and, of course, go and drive to the wonderful beach. But you've probably already done some research on the internet. You can find out more about the information we can provide further down in the descriptions - excursion destinations, etc. Please don't forget - to make your holiday really enjoyable (unforgettable in the best sense of the word...), we would like to point out at this point (quite untypical of all the raves you've already read and those still to come) that the North Sea can sometimes have really crappy weather - unfortunately, even in summer. We can't influence this either - and it never really bothered us - when we were here, we wanted to be in exactly this place - flat land, ebb and flow, harsh climate - the North Sea, after all... So - that's it for now - all that remains for us to do is wish you lots of fun.
