The first floor consists of a living area with kitchen, sofa bed for two people and bathroom. This space functions as a small complete studio flat, perfect for relaxing, cooking and sleeping. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for your stay, including a coffee machine and a moka pot.



The second room, separated from the first and with independent internal entrance, has a double bed and private bathroom.



THE TWO ROOMS ARE SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER AND ARE NOT A SINGLE OPEN SPACE. THEY ARE TWO DISTINCT ENVIRONMENTS WITH TWO DIFFERENT DOORS, EXACTLY AS SHOWN IN THE ADVERTISEMENT PHOTOS.



This configuration is ideal for two couples who desire greater privacy, but also for families, allowing everyone to have their own space during the holiday.



The apartment's position is perfect for discovering Sirmione and Lake Garda. Within a few minutes you can reach the lake, the beaches and the charming historic centre with the famous Scaliger Castle, the thermal baths and its characteristic alleyways full of restaurants, bars and shops. The area is also perfect for those who love walking, cycling or visiting the main attractions of Lake Garda.



Check-in is scheduled between 15:00 and 19:00, whilst check-out must take place by 10:00 to allow for professional cleaning operations. Upon arrival, it will be necessary to provide guests' identity documents and the local accommodation tax may be required according to local regulations. During the stay, an assistance service will be available for any information or needs.



For the respect of the structure and other guests, it is not permitted to organise parties or events and you are required to respect quiet hours, especially during evening and night-time hours. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and we ask guests to use the house and common areas of the residence with care.
