Unilag Estate in the Magodo area in Ikeja has alot of unique features. The location is not far from the hustle and bustle of Ikeja, 30mins drive to the airport and just a few minutes drive to join the Lagos - Ibadan expressway to access the Yoruba heartlands.
Lagos is a pretty noisy place so Unilag estate offers that much needed quiet and serene environment. A gated and guarded community that monitors who gets in makes the area a much sort after location.

You will struggle to find a property that designed a comfortable and sizeable outdoor guest entertainment area like this property. The garden area is for guests private use so lots of time can be spent with friends and family outdoors. Apart from the garden, the kitchen is fully modern with high specifications and appliances. You are guaranteed to enjoy cooking here!
