The ground floor features a smartly designed sleeping area with built-in bunk beds for four people – ideal for children or friends traveling together. There is also a relaxing sauna with an adjoining bathroom, much appreciated after a day of activities. Upstairs, you'll find a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, a living room and sofa bed for two, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. There's also a separate WC on this floor for added convenience during your stay. At the back of the house, you'll find a spacious garden with plenty of room for play, outdoor games, barbecues, or just lazy days in the sun. The garden is equipped with a charcoal grill and outdoor furniture. Hofors is a charming town surrounded by lakes and forests – perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, while still being close to outdoor activities. Just 5 km from the house you'll find a popular sandy beach, ideal for warm summer days. The surrounding area also offers excellent hiking trails, fishing spots, and cycling opportunities. For those looking to explore further, Furuvik Park – a zoo and amusement park – is only about a 45-minute drive away. If you're a golf enthusiast, Hofors Golf Club is just 10 minutes by car.
