An absolutely stunning condo with well thought out amenities....bedside chargers; coffee pods; bathroom accessories; a "Welcome" bottle of wine and chocolates.; etc. Exactly as the photos portray, which is so often not the case. The view from the balconies (yes, TWO balconies!) was gorgeous.The hosts could not have been kinder or more gracious. Communication was outstanding.Would absolutely recommend.

Terrific accommodations and location

We really enjoyed staying in this unit. It had everything we needed plus some added touches(wine, flowers and chocolates) which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We have stayed in many different places and this is by far the best. We would highly recommend staying here.

Another wonderful trip to Amelia Island

This was our second stay in Joe and Joan’s unit and we enjoyed a fabulous week in this lovely, comfortable condo. We’ve stayed in vacation rentals all around the US and this is definitely one of the best.

We enjoyed it so much that we upsized to our current 2 bedroom unit in 2021 and did a major renovation that was completed in July 2021! We spent years visiting beach towns all up and down both coasts of Florida, but immediately fell in love with Amelia the first time we came here over 20 years ago! And the feeling has never changed. From the unbelievable, uncrowded beaches to the charming historic town and the old growth oak canopies all over the island, we’ve never found a place that offers so much or feels more like home.

The View is simply spectacular. And the location of this south end resort accessed from an idyllic tree canopied street just steps away from the Ritz Carlton can’t be beat! Miles of beachfront at the back of the complex and miles of pristine paved trails to the front with pools and tennis on the property and golf, restaurants and shopping all less than a mile away offer something for everyone!
