This charming vacation home is located in the cozy vacation area of Nr. Lyngby, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the roaring waves of the North Sea. The house was originally an older vacation home, which has been continuously renovated, most recently in 2025. It is decorated with a cozy atmosphere and personal touch. There is plenty of room for up to 6 people, making it suitable for both families and small groups. The interior features a bright and open living room with a dining area and sofa corner, where you can gather for cozy moments. The beautiful wall-mounted wood-burning stove provides warmth and can be enjoyed throughout the living room. The kitchen is practically furnished with all the necessary equipment for your vacation, including the added luxury of a dishwasher, air fryer, and microwave. The cottage has a total of 3 bedrooms, consisting of 1 room with a double bed, 1 room with 2 beds, and one room with a bunk bed. In addition to a toilet, sink, and shower, the bathroom has a washing machine and underfloor heating. Outside, there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the sun, barbecue, and sit completely undisturbed, enjoying the peace and quiet of nature. On the terrace, there is a wilderness bath for those who want to relax in it. There is also a large covered terrace. The grounds offer great opportunities for play and relaxation, and there is a shelter set up for free use in one corner of the grounds. The location is ideal for a quiet vacation close to nature, but still only a short drive from Løkken's lively town life with cafes, shops, and activities.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
