Just minutes from the town centre, you’ll have easy access to Stockport’s historic landmarks, including the famous Viaduct and the charming Market Place. Excellent transport links make commuting simple, with regular trains to Manchester city centre in around 10–15 minutes.

Merseyway Shopping Centre is close by for retail essentials, while nearby Vernon Park and Alexandra Park provide peaceful green spaces to relax or enjoy a walk. Arrival by Train or Tram, nearest stations:

Arrival by bus, nearest stops:
+ Mercian Way (10 minute walk)
+ Grenville Street (11 minute walk)

Arrival by Flight, best directions:
+ 20-25 minute by Taxi, such as Uber (Cost estimate. £25.00)
+ By train: From Manchester Airport to Wilmslow Road Station via Northern Rail Way, 5-10 minutes, then take Avanti West Cost from Manchester Piccadilly to Stockport Station, then 8 minute walk to the house.
+ By bus: From Manchester Airport, take skyline bus number 199 to Stockport College (Stop YY), about 20-25 minutes, then 4 minutes walk to the house.

House Rules:
1. No smoking inside premises
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
