We had a great stay. We ended up buying a few lightbulbs and cleaning a bit when we arrived but overall enjoyed the layout of the home. Interactions with the owner were pleasant and he made sure to provide information on local amenities and activities like the farmers market. Area was very quiet. Great golf course.

Very nice and impeccably clean home. Friendly neighbors. Excellent for a large family. Convenient to all Ocean City attractions. Close to groceries and shopping. Excellent restaurants within 10 minutes. Owner is very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to unwind!

I loved the view of the 4th hole with the pond. It was a great place to relax and decompress. Really enjoyed the pool too. The location was great! Just a short drive to the beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend staying here! The cleanliness was on point!

Very nice house with plenty of room! Great communication with owner. Quiet community only about 15 minutes from beach. A little far from the pool! Overall, a great experience!

The view is everything

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. The balcony, the view, location was all amazing. The entire process was smooth. We were so pleased with everything and look forward to returning and creating more memories. Thank you for being an amazing host.

Spacious and convenient

My family of 8 and I spent a week at this lovely River Run property and had a wonderful time. Some of us golfed, some of us swam, some of us fished -- there was plenty for everyone to do and the setting itself was idyllic. It's an easy drive to Ocean City, Assateague and Chincoteague for wild life viewing and beach time. The town of Berlin is charming and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby.

Vacation 2023

This year me and my family enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and well taking care of. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the getaway. We were about a 19 minute drive from the beach and the boardwalk. Thank you so much for letting us use your property. :)

What a gorgeous home! We’ve been renting homes for years and this was the most beautifully decorated home we’ve ever stayed in. So much attention to detail. The property was stunning. We sat outside every morning looking out at the geese and bird watching. The pond is a beautiful bonus. Even though we were right in the golf course, we weren’t bothered by anyone. It was fun to watch the golfers hit a ball and it would land in the water. The communication from the owner was above par. Recommendations on how to make our trip better, quick responses to any questions I had, etc. Excellent experience all the way around! Also, beds were comfortable and showers were perfect. Had everything in the house you could ever need. Really nice!!!!!

Here’s the Ocean City-area property you need to chiise

An incredible vacation made even greater with a true representation of the property that my family and I booked last November — and trust me, not every listing can be considered true. The host was tremendous and reactive to all of my questions — including during our vacation. House is immaculate and sits on a the fourth hole of a great golf course — golfers need to stop reading and just book this property NOW. Ocean City is about 5-8 miles away but not soul-crushing by any means. Already looking ahead to the Summer of ‘24.

Ocean Pines River Run

Very nice place, clean and neighborhood is awesome, has a pool and golfing. 15 minutes to Ocean city beach and 30 minutes to Fenwick Park Beaches. Owner is very responsive to any questions or problems that should arise.

Great Vacation

The house was comfortable and styled beautifully and very clean. Rich was very responsive to any inquiries. Great getaway!

Our stay was the perfect little getaway. Beautiful location on the golf course, house was clean and beautifully decorated, and drive to the beach was quick and easy. Owners responded very promptly to any inquiries. Hoping to return in the future!

Excellent place, second year for us

very nice home with pretty much everything you need, minus your clothes, toiletries, food and drinks. We had 8 in our party and plenty of room. Nice location, nice view to sit outside, as well as nice to sit in. Owner communication is top notch, plus first place we have stayed in where you have details on how to work the remotes on the entertainment system, organized folder of places to eat and go to. 3 full baths and had all 3 showers going with no issues with water pressure or hot water. Comfy beds, sofa and chairs. No complaints and will be looking to go back.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

This home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and oh so comfortable! We felt right at home immediately and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view behind the home is stunning; so nice to eat on the patio and relax. The homeowner was pleasant and easy to contact, and provided very clear instructions. This will be the first property we look for, the next time we are in the area.

Great home, more than expected

Greta home, great size, very nice and very clean. House as described. Could not complain about anything. Beds comfortable, everything you need, modern appliances, larger fridge. Main bedroom large and decent closet, bathroom, plenty of room and large walk in shower. Second bedroom downstairs large with full bath just outside, 2 bedrooms upstairs with shared full bath. Nice patios to relax on. Enclosed patio to play games. Plus, lots of games provided in house. Owners provide great communication. Highly suggest, we will definitely inquire when we return to OCMD. Thank you
