The location of the apartment is excellent, with easy access to the city centre, restaurants, shops, and transportation.
Check-in, however, was more complicated than expected, as the key collection point was quite far from the apartment building. The TV remote did not work during our stay. The host was responsive and tried to resolve the issue, even providing a replacement remote, but unfortunately the TV still could not be used.
The apartment would also benefit from clearer instructions. We were only given the Wi-Fi password, without the network name or any information about how to use the apartment or its appliances.
The kitchen could have been cleaner upon arrival. Another drawback was the lack of blackout curtains in the master bedroom, which became very bright as early as 4:30 a.m., making it difficult to sleep.
When we arrived, the apartment was extremely hot because there is no air conditioning and all the windows had been left closed. Fortunately, once we opened the windows, a nice breeze came through and the apartment quickly became much more comfortable. The host had thoughtfully provided two portable fans, which were very helpful.
The mattresses were acceptable but not particularly comfortable.
Overall, despite a few areas that could be improved, the excellent location and the host’s responsiveness made for a pleasant stay.
