Early checkout (before 11:00am):

Please confirm your departure time via the Guest Arrival Form so we can coordinate housekeeping and key return.

Kindly notify us promptly if your plans change.

Late checkout is available at £19 per hour after 11:00am, subject to availability.



Requests must be made in advance via the Guest Arrival Form.

Unarranged late checkouts will incur a £24 per hour charge if staff are required to wait longer than 15 minutes.



★ LUGGAGE STORAGE (Departure Day) ★



Due to limited space, luggage storage is available on arrival only.



Once cleaning and disinfection are completed, re-entry to the apartment is not permitted.



For longer storage, we recommend services such as Nannybag or Luggage Hero, with locations near major stations across London.

The flat was as shown in the pictures. I was clean, comfortable and cozy, and the views across London were fantastic. It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Karolina was a great host, she was clear in all our communications, and very helpful. I would definitely recommend.
