Welcome to our central and modern one-bedroom flat next to Regent's Park. Located in a quiet part of Central London, this beautiful flat offers comfort and privacy for up to four people. Perfect for groups that want to be able to reach Central London on foot, as well as experience Camden Town's exciting atmosphere. With Great Portland Street and Camden Town Underground Stations close by and a bus stop next to the flat entrance, London attractions are a short trip from your doorstep. As you enter our one-bedroom flat, you'll be greeted by a warm and cosy atmosphere. The living area includes a comfortable sofa that turns into a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that allow natural light inside. Bedroom: The cosy and spacious bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and ample storage space for your belongings. Facing away from the street, it offers a quiet night's sleep for our guests. Kitchen: The modern and fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to prepare your meals with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all the essential cookware and utensils. Bathroom: The full bathroom offers a bathtub to relax after a long day of exploring the city. You'll have the entire flat to yourself, providing you with the utmost privacy and flexibility during your stay. This prime location in NW1 offers a perfect blend of tranquillity and urban convenience: - Regents Park: Step outside and take a leisurely stroll or jog in the picturesque Regents Park, known for its stunning rose gardens and an open-air theatre. - Great Portland Street Station: With the station just moments away, you have easy access to the London Underground, making it a breeze to explore the entire city. - Fitzrovia Dining: Explore the trendy Fitzrovia neighbourhood, known for its diverse dining options, from charming cafes to upscale restaurants. - Cultural Attractions: Visit nearby attractions like the British Museum, Madame Tussauds, and the West End theatres, all easily accessible from your location. Lost Key Policy: In the unfortunate event of lost keys, a penalty of £500 will be charged to cover replacement and re-keying costs. Serenity and Quietness To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain quietness and calmness during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No partying or disruptive activities are allowed, and any disturbances will be reported to the authorities. Excessive Garbage and Messiness Penalty A penalty of £90 will be charged for excessive garbage or messiness in the flat.

Clean and convenient place in a great location. Can walk to 221B, Marlyebone village, and several tube stations. Euston train station is walkable too. Corner store to pick up groceries.
