Soca Valley, Wonderful new house

The house was completed in July 2025.

The house has three bedrooms all with quality beds & Mattresses, high quality linens. The main bedroom has its own bathroom with large walk-in shower. Terrific views from all windows.

Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, Living room with wood burning fireplace. Utility room with washing machine and Dryer.

Large garden area patio area and BBQ.

Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.

The house is conveniently located close to a camp site which has a bar and small restaurant. The house is close to the Soca river and various hiking trails.

Please be aware wifi in the Soca Valley is slow, the house has mobile wifi and it is fine for general use but if streaming movies it can be slow or inconsistant especially during the day, the mornings and evenings are better.
