All guests must complete this quick process before check-in, which includes:

Choosing your damage protection option:

A refundable security deposit of £200, returned after your stay (subject to no reported damage), or

A non-refundable damage waiver of £60, covering up to £200 in accidental damage.

You’ll receive a secure payment link to complete your chosen option ahead of arrival. This step ensures a smooth check-in and peace of mind for everyone.

Access to the onsite swimming pool, clubhouse and facilities are charged at £5 per adult and £2.50 per child, PER DAY - purchased separately from Reception
