Spacious apartment located on Madero Street, which runs through the downtown. Only 3 minutes by car or 13 minutes walking to downtown. The property has three floors. The second floor is exclusively for you, with 3-meter-high ceilings. When you enter through the main door, there are stairs, yoiu go up and the first door is the airbnb door. We only share the entrance with stairs to the Madero street. On the first floor, there’s a party hall that may or may not be used on Saturdays and sometimes Sundays, between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m. It has its own separate entrance and does not interfere with the Airbnb. Noise ends by 11 p.m.—if not, we’ll always let you know in advance.

You can park on the street right in front of the property. Since we're in the city center, the area is safe and well maintained. There's a municipal security camera on the corner, and we also have a private camera on our balcony pointing toward the street, used strictly for external monitoring and everyone’s safety.

The second floor, which is the Airbnb, has a spacious kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dish towels, etc. There are 2 dining tables for 6-8 persons. The pantry has solid (for 8 persons) and plastic (for 8 persons) tableware. Each bathroom has a mirror. Each bedroom has a full-size bed, and three of them also include a sofa bed. The workspace has a large wooden desk and four chairs. The living room has two 3-seater sofa and a 55" TV with Netflix. The apartment is very spacious, so you won’t feel cramped at all.

Each bedroom has a mirror and a night lamp in addition to the main light. The night lamp offers three color temperatures (warm, cool, and neutral) and three brightness levels. Each room also has a floor fan. Bedding includes very comfortable European-style duvets, and we also provide blankets for colder nights.

The shower is electric and heats up very quickly as soon as the water starts running. The half-bathroom includes a urinal, which helps with hygiene when traveling in mixed groups.

The main entrance door is shared, as it is the only access to both the Airbnb (2nd floor) and the third floor. Guests enter through this door and go up the stairs to the second floor. The first door is the airbnb. We live on the third floor, so your stay will be entirely private.

Sometimes we travel for work, so we may not all be present at the same time. However, there will always be at least one of us available to assist you during your stay.

This Airbnb is located a 10-minute walk from Eco Parque Río de Orizaba, where the river walk begins, passing through the center of Orizaba and extending to the south of the city. The street where the Airbnb is located is MADERO, which crosses the center of Orizaba, and it takes 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes in car towards Palacio de Hierro.

In front of the Airbnb, on the corner, there is a grocery store. On the opposite corner, a stand opens at night selling memelas, garnachas, tostadas, etc. (local food). On the street behind (Norte 2), there are also two other grocery stores and a stand that opens in the morning selling memelitas and orange juice, and another stand that opens at night selling memelas, garnachas, tostadas, etc. One block up, there is a seafood restaurant, and you can walk to the Soriana supermarket, which has a Little Caesars and a Farmacias del Ahorro, located on Circunvalación street.

In front of that Soriana, there is a Home Depot, Domino's Pizza, DHL, Elektra, Coppel, and a gas station.
