On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living and dining room welcomes you with an open-hearth fireplace, included purely as a decorative element, and a television. This convivial space opens directly onto the garden and terrace, which benefit from both a south-facing and east-facing position. A large kitchen is also located on this level, fully equipped for self-catering stays, and includes its own dining table with direct access to the garden and terrace. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 sleeping areas: 1 double bedroom with access to a private balcony, and 1 additional room fitted with 2 beds and 1 folding bed, making it ideal for accommodating extra guests. A separate living room with a television is also available on this floor, along with a second bathroom featuring a shower, bidet, and WC.
