Upon entering through the entrance hall, you are welcomed into a bright and spacious living and dining area furnished with a sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 240 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. From the living area, direct access leads to a 19 m2 balcony equipped with outdoor furniture and offering beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the bay. The first bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own private access to a second balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects to a terrace, providing an additional outdoor space to enjoy the surroundings. The bathroom consists of a shower with WC, and a separate WC is also available.
