Highly recommend this property

I stayed here for a month with my daughter and granddaughter, the location was convenient, the property was beautiful and I can’t say enough positive comments about the owners. I highly recommend this property.

Delray house

The location of the property is fantastic. Close to the beach, close to shopping, close to Atlantic Avenue, close to all conveniences. The property was clean. The view of the pool was great. The pool area was beautiful. We had a couple of glitches when we first came, but the property owners were very responsive. If I had to say one thing…they do say they provide you with all the essential provisions but you do have to get your own for your stay there so be prepared for that. But all in all, it was wonderful and beautiful, and we loved the location. Thank u Garland and Joy.

Great stay in every way

Picture a great property in a great location... add great hosts and you'll understand why I captioned this review "great stay in every way". I needed privacy so I could focus on the creative process. Joy and Garland (hosts) understood that immediately and were entirely supportive. It only took one interaction with them for me to realize how fortunate I was to have hosts that truly wanted their guest to have a wonderful stay. Bottom line... I absolutely did. Highly recommended.

SECLUDED PARADISE

Most places in Delray are either ridiculously overpriced or have an horrible beach theme from the 1970's. This place was beach modern, completely remodeled, and privately tucked away from all the Delray hustle and bustle. That being said, it's only a mile or so away from both downtown if you want the nightlife, but also some great beaches! Not to mention all the great shopping and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. Garland and Joy were AMAZING hosts - so friendly and personable that they made me feel like family. The place itself is stunning on the inside and the outside. The private backyard with heated pool was incredible and they also have a gas BBQ attached to the kitchen. The TV's were brand new and just like the rest of the house, super nice and modern. If you're thinking of a place in Delray and this place is available, DON'T WAIT, book this now!!

Wow!!! A perfect getaway

Garland & Joy, We want to thank you for creating a wonderful family experience in Delray Beach. We enjoyed your luxurious villa with the very private pool & sun shelf & tropical landscaping ...it was 10 +++ (we suggest you need some more pics as your villa is soooo beautiful, it feels like you created a fresh new paradise for every arriving guest). We liked the romantic night lighting, blooming flowers, interior finishes & fabrics...and the very comfortable hotel quality bedding, sheets, comforters, towels etc. And what a home run being dog friendly!!!! It's so hard to find a luxury vacation rental property that is also welcoming to furry family members. Your brand "Windfall" is way above any of the other rentals in the Delray area. We will be returning in the summer (and renting with your special summer rates- probably 2 villas, will get back to you on the dates) ....as the kids & grandchildren can't stop talking about the vacation they had and all the great adventures they want to have. Best, Allan & the gang and please - you have to teach me how to make those GREAT Pancakes !

Top Class

We spent a week at Garland’s villa and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The furniture and kitchenware were first-class, and the place looks like it was professionally decorated – including the living room wall painting that Joy did. Garland was an attentive and gracious host – providing us with help and guidance on local restaurants and beach access, and leaving us to our own devices when we just wanted to relax quietly with our big dog. The private pool and fenced yard were perfect, both for us and for our pet, and we spent many hours lounging in the pool seating area surrounded by exotic landscaping (exotic to Ohioans). That extended shallow pool shelf with chairs was great – for us and our dog. The unit is situated at the end of a street with no outlet, the only traffic was the people in the two adjoining units. Close to the beaches and innumerable fine restaurants, the Delray Beach location is a secure, upscale area where we were very comfortable.

We have been vacationing in Delray Beach for five years and found it to be so different from all the other Florida towns. We wanted to invest more of our personal time here so purchasing the villas seemed like the perfect vantage point from which to get to know the community even better. We have our own businesses and that makes it easier to work from Delray or Washington, D.C. as needed. Each villa is equipped with high-speed Internet access to enable our guests to do the same. We have owned beach homes since 2005 and our philosophy is to furnish them the way we would furnish our personal home and to have guests enjoy them the way that we do. We have found that guests appreciate the feeling of being at a cosmopolitan beach home, relaxed and yet elegant with attention to detail. We vacation in Martha's Vineyard every year, so when we chose this home we created an environment where people who are used to those vacations could relax and enjoy the same elegant, relaxed style in sunny Florida.
