Dip n' Sip Oasis: Heated pool, close to the beach & Atlantic ave!

Dip into the pool and sip on your favorite drink! This beautiful home has so much to offer for your vacation! We have a fully stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar with a grill, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink! You will have everything you need here at our Dip n sip oasis and it's awesome location. It's just short drive to the beach, dining, nightlife and shopping!

The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details.

Neighborhood:

We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful beach, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and great resturants right on the intercostal. Just a 3 mile drive to Delray Beach where you will find another beautiful public beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife located on Atlantic Ave. We have 2 grocery stores less than a mile from the house so you can grab some hot dogs or hamburgers and have a nice cookout by the pool. Please check out our guest book when you arrive as we have listed some recommendations for dining and activities to do in the area with addresses and descriptions!

•Parties and large gatherings are STRICTLY prohibited without direct permission from owners. Guests inquiring about an event will be asked to provide specific details before it can be approved. If an event takes place at the home without approval the guest will be penalized with a fee, reported, and be told to leave the property immediately.

We have a doorbell video camera at the front entry door for security purposes. This is the only camera on the property.

Beautiful home. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped We had the best time watching movies, swimming in the pool, and grilling out. This was our second time staying here and we will be back next year.

Incredible cozy home that truly feels like a home. It’s fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, seasonings, baggies,baby accessories, pool toys, hair dryers… you name it. The pool was also amazing. The hosts are very kind and communicative. Highly recommend !!!

My husband and I had a relaxing and peaceful stay! The house and property was clean. The beds and couches are comfortable. The hosts replied quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen is well-equipped. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed here with a couple of local friends over July 4 weekend and we had the most incredible time! I would recommend this property to absolutely anybody. The hosts were so easy to get in touch with and had everything to make your stay the best! A welcome box, kitchen supplies (all organized and labeled!), barbecue, pool floats / pool towels, beach chairs, games, bug spray/ sunscreen, a portable steamer for our clothing, and had all the essentials for anybody traveling with kids or babies. If we’re ever back in the area we would love to come back to this property!!!!

The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor grill area was perfect for gathering around a seafood feast. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Decor was simple and attractive. The owners made the most of the space. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful holiday stay

This house is a great place to spend some family time. They have thought of everything in the kitchen and outside in the backyard for you to be able to cook to your hearts content, barbecue, swim in the pool and relax.
