Dip n' Sip Oasis: Heated pool, close to the beach & Atlantic ave!

Dip into the pool and sip on your favorite drink! This beautiful home has so much to offer for your vacation! We have a fully stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar with a grill, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink! You will have everything you need here at our Dip n sip oasis and it's awesome location. It's just short drive to the beach, dining, nightlife and shopping!

The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details.

Neighborhood:

We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful beach, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and great resturants right on the intercostal. Just a 3 mile drive to Delray Beach where you will find another beautiful public beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife located on Atlantic Ave. We have 2 grocery stores less than a mile from the house so you can grab some hot dogs or hamburgers and have a nice cookout by the pool. Please check out our guest book when you arrive as we have listed some recommendations for dining and activities to do in the area with addresses and descriptions!

We have a doorbell video camera at the front entry door for security purposes. This is the only camera on the property.

Wonderful holiday stay

This house is a great place to spend some family time. They have thought of everything in the kitchen and outside in the backyard for you to be able to cook to your hearts content, barbecue, swim in the pool and relax.

Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We greatly appreciated the beautiful setting and how well-equipped the house was for our group of seven. This was my first time staying at a rental property and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and everything that we needed was pretty much there. My six year-old boy enjoyed the pool and all the games that they have on site. Kayla and Matt were very attentive, answering any questions that I had promptly. Will definitely stay again! I could not be happier with the accommodations and the level of thoughtfulness and detail from the property owners.The house itself was meticulously clean, well taken care of and perfect for our weekend trip.In addition to the accommodations, the amenities and extras were so thoughtful.
