The Presidential Suite is a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. It comes with over 2100 total square feet of living space and is a single story luxury suite with a spacious ocean view terrace, two well-appointed bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cook top, microwave, and indoor/outdoor dining areas. It sleeps up to 8 guests with a king bed and jetted tub in the master suite, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and a comfortable queen pull out bed in the separate common area. Accommodations include central A/C and HDTVs with many English and Spanish channels. The furniture is is made of beautiful mahogany wood and the decor includes tasteful custom stonework in natural earth tones. The suite includes free daily maid service. Guests are provided with pool, beach, and restaurant access with the ability to charge purchases to their suite at Sunset Beach at three additional Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo (Pueblo Bonito Rose, Pueblo Bonito Blanco/Los Cabos and adults-only Pueblo Bonito Pacifica) as well as at Quivira Golf Course Clubhouse. Pueblo Bonito even provides free shuttle service between their resorts for guests. The resort offers every upscale amenity imaginable, including 24-hour room service, 6 pools with full poolside food and drink service, beautiful private beach, the full service Armonia spa, Quivira (a Jack Nicklaus golf course rated as one of Golf Digest’s “World’s 100 Greatest Golf Courses”), tennis & pickleball courts and much more! As our guest at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach you`ll have access to miles of private beaches (without beach vendors) and Sunset Beach`s 16,000 square foot European-style Armonia Spa & fitness center, as well as all of the other amenities and restaurants at the resort. There is a spectacular Euro-style market called The Market at Quivira on site as well as a convenience store and deli. For larger food purchases, you are only 10-15 minutes from the nearest Wal-Mart grocery store, Costco and many locally-owned grocery stores. The resort does offer a full or half day kids club for ages 4-11 and optional 24 hour babysitting services so adults can enjoy time to themselves while soaking up the beauty and opulence of this exquisite resort and spa!



Due to the strong undertow in the Pacific Ocean, there is no ocean swimming allowed at Sunset Beach. If you would like to swim in the ocean you are welcome to take the complimentary hourly shuttle to/from sister resort Pueblo Bonito Rose (where we also rent suites - please see our other listings) which is in the middle of Medano Beach. Medano Beach is Cabo San Lucas’s main swimmable beach and has beachfront restaurants & bars along with numerous watersports and boat tours to the Cabo arch. Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach has several massive free form pool areas with swim-up restaurant/bars and spectacular views available - including the beachfront main pool area with many activities and the `Sky Pool` with an amazing view overlooking the entire resort! The soft, clean sand at Sunset Beach is ideal for long walks or an afternoon game of sand volleyball. The resort also offers daily poolside or beach cabana rentals which come complete with king-sized mattresses and food/drink service for a day of lounging in luxury!

Resort-wide Wifi for up to 4 devices simultaneously is complimentary if you choose to add an all inclusive meal/drink plan to your stay, otherwise it can be purchased in advance for 50% off ($6 USD per day) or $12 USD per day upon arrival.

The resort officially operates in 7 night increments. While we are likely the only hosts who are happy to accept stay lengths of 3-32 days please note there is a 10% surcharge on your total amount due for stays of 8 and 9 nights. This amount will be assessed after booking the suite.
