Surrounded by a vast Mediterranean garden, with attention to the smallest details and enriched by green corners that convey serenity, this residence consists of the Villetta Kampure and the suggestive Dimora con Trullo, two independent units that come together to create a unique and ideal solution for large families or groups of friends.
The Sunset Villa offers two bedrooms: one double and one triple with a double bed and a single bed, as well as an additional cot to accommodate a sixth guest. The kitchen, complete with kitchenette and equipment, is perfect for those who love to cook, while the living room, with fireplace, comfortable sofas and TV, offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere even on cooler evenings. Two private outdoor spaces furnished with tables and garden furniture invite you to spend convivial moments outdoors, lulled by the sea breeze.
The Dimora con Trullo adds charm and tradition to the stay. It consists of two separate blocks: the first with a double bedroom, equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and bathroom with shower; the second, an authentic trullo, which houses an additional double bedroom. This unit accommodates up to 4 guests with maximum comfort and a touch of typical Salento authenticity.
At the disposal of guests there is air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room, Wi-Fi, laundry room with washing machine, private indoor parking space, lush garden, outdoor shower and a built-in barbecue perfect for evenings with friends.
The position of Villa Sunset is an added value: it is located between Capilungo, Marina di Alliste and Torre Suda, Marina di Racale, authentic and unspoiled places in lower Salento, characterized by a rocky coast that is reflected in a crystal clear sea, perfect for those looking for relaxation away from mass tourism. For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
