The Space:

Perfectly located in the heart of Cawsand, this stylish two-bedroom cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests – ideal for families, couples, or friends on a coastal getaway, as well as those seeking a longer seaside retreat.



BED CONFIGURATION:

• Bedroom 1: Super-King bed

• Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (2 singles)

• Travel cot available on site (linen not provided)



The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenience, complete with modern Bosch appliances and everything you’ll need for home cooking. The spacious living room offers a welcoming place to unwind, with a brand new 4K LG OLED Smart TV, a wood-burning stove with starter logs provided, and comfortable seating – perfect for cosy evenings in after a day at the beach.



Step outside to the terrace garden, or head up the stone steps to the upper garden terrace with magnificent sea views – an ideal spot for your morning coffee or sunset drinks.



The garden for the property is located by exiting the back door and turning left then going up the stone steps to the very top level. At the very top level there is a wooden round picnic table.



Please note that the middle level belongs to the neighbours and is not for use by guests.



Upstairs, the bedrooms are light-filled and restful, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The contemporary bathroom features both a bath and a shower for added comfort.



Just a 2-minute stroll brings you to the sandy beach, village pubs, and local shops – everything you need for a relaxed holiday by the coast.



Perfect for both short breaks and extended stays, Mordros combines modern comfort, stunning sea views, and a prime location just steps from the beach.



Guest Access:

The entire property is yours to enjoy. Please note that the side access is shared with the neighbours as are the stairs up to the garden terrace.

No Parties

This property is strictly not suitable for parties or events. Any breach will result in immediate removal without refund, and your deposit may be used to cover additional costs. Please note: this is a quiet residential area – quiet hours apply after 9:00 pm.



No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A £500 charge will be applied if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any related damage.

🔥 Wood-Burning Stove

Starter logs are provided for your stay. Further supplies can be purchased easily from the local shops in town.

This Danish stove uses a "top down lighting method"

🌿 Garden Terrace

The property has two flights of steep and narrow external steps leading up to the upper garden terrace with sea views. These steps may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or very young children.

• Limited free parking is available on the streets above the property (a map will be provided with check-in instructions).

• Further paid parking is available in the village car park, a few minutes’ walk away, at approx. £4 per 24 hours.

🐶 Pet Policy

• Up to two small, well-behaved pets (under 10 kg) welcome.

• Pets must be kept off soft furnishings and beds, remain downstairs only, and must not be left unattended.

• The stair gate must be used to keep pets downstairs.

• Guests are liable for any damage or extra cleaning caused by pets.
