This beautiful family estate is located just 180 metres from the charming old town of Alcúdia, a true holiday paradise with a Mediterranean touch and plenty of space to relax.



The spacious saltwater pool (8 x 12 m, depth between 1.3 and 1.8 m), surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace, is located in the centre of a dream garden. Numerous sun loungers invite relaxation, while palm trees, flowering bougainvilleas and a well-kept garden perfectly complete the Mediterranean atmosphere. There is a ping-pong table to change the air, and the covered terrace with dining table is perfect for enjoying cosy summer evenings with family and friends, including a brick barbecue area to enjoy culinary moments outdoors.



The interior of the property is modern and cosy. The spacious living-dining room on the ground floor offers comfortable seating, plenty of light and direct access to the terrace. The adjacent kitchen, fully equipped (with dishwasher), leaves nothing to be desired. On this level there is also a bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.



On the upper floor, there are three other bedrooms with air conditioning, one of them with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and access to a wonderful terrace with panoramic views. Another bedroom with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed and a third with another 1.80 x 2.00 m bed offer a comfortable space for a night of restorative sleep. Another full bathroom completes the upper floor.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old.

Per day and person,

from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.



A welcome basket is provided with each booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest...) in an online guide so that they can fully enjoy their holidays.
