Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, patio, lawn and furniture, off-road parking for 2 cars and further roadside parking on a first come first serve basis. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 a pub. Two well-behaved pets allowed, however please note that this is a non-smoking property. The village itself has a very good pub and is ideally placed for joining the Offa's Dyke National Trail which lies within a few minutes walk. The sandy beaches at Prestatyn provide safe bathing, a variety of watersports and lovely walks, whilst four golf courses and a leisure centre are within easy reach.
