The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a combination of double and single beds accommodating up to 5 guests. The main living area provides a comfortable place to relax, while the dining area gives everyone space to sit together for meals.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of kitchen equipment, along with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.



You'll also have free WiFi, TVs and a private rear garden. Free on-site parking is available at the property.



Please note that the main living area and kitchen are located upstairs, accessed via stairs.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive use of the entire residence throughout your stay.



The property operates with self-check-in, so there is no reception or staff member to meet you on arrival. Clear access instructions will be provided before your stay once the required online check-in process has been completed.



Guests also have access to the private rear garden and free on-site parking.

Ballycastle is a charming seaside town on Northern Ireland's Causeway Coast, with the residence ideally positioned close to both the beach and town centre.



Ballycastle Beach and the seafront are just a two-minute walk away, while the marina, local cafés, restaurants and shops are also within easy reach. The area is particularly popular for coastal walks and scenic views across the water towards Rathlin Island and the surrounding coastline.



For those exploring the Causeway Coast, the property makes an excellent base for visiting the Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Ballintoy Harbour and Dunluce Castle. Rathlin Island can also be reached by ferry from Ballycastle.



Getting Around:

The residence is ideally located for exploring Ballycastle on foot, with the beach, seafront, marina and town centre all within a short walk.



Free on-site parking makes the property particularly convenient for guests travelling by car. The Causeway Coast is best explored by car, with the Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and Ballintoy Harbour all within easy driving distance.



Ballycastle also provides ferry connections to Rathlin Island, making it easy to include a day trip as part of your stay.

After booking, the booker must complete our 2-part online check-in form. This includes providing valid photo ID for all adult guests and a payment method for the £250 security deposit pre-authorisation. The pre-authorisation is a temporary hold rather than a payment.



Please note that the main living area and kitchen are located upstairs, accessed via stairs. The property is situated in a quiet residential area, so guests are asked to respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and overnight.



Smoking and parties are not permitted, and pets are not accepted.
