This 2BR has 2 bathrooms, kitchen facilities, dining area and spacious living room. With SmartTV & fast wifi, you’ll be able to stream Netflix/Amazon Prime movies and surf the internet with ease! Imported “Koala Mattress” from Australia ensures your most comfortable sleep yet. Great choice for relaxation getaway with family and friends or group trips.

The space
Corner unit with amazing city, ocean and mountain views on the 19th floor, approx. 60 sq meters. Split type air conditioners in living room and the 2 private bedrooms for guest comfort. Plenty of fresh air in balcony. Unit can accomodate up to 6 guests. Extra guest after 4, pays P300 pesos each per night. Building is equipped with cameras on the hallways so strictly unregistered guests not allowed.

Guest access
Outdoor chairs on balcony provided for guests view night and day. STRICTLY NO PETS allowed in the unit. You will be charged P3,500++ in the event of damages and extra cleaning fee of P600 pesos daily for the entire duration of your stay to cover up thorough cleaning. If caught bringing any pet during your stay you will be liable to charges and will be reported to Airbnb.

Other things to note
This is a high rise building so when travelling with small children, it is your responsibility to closely supervise them at all times to prevent falls and injuries. The unit owners are not liable should an accident happen. If wanting to avail for extra cleaning, please advise date and time. Fee P600 pesos cash inclusive of fresh linens and towels. Strictly NO smoking inside and outside the unit. Please keep the place clean and comply with rubbish disposal daily. Confirmed guests kindly refer to Green info book for details. We also keep a close inventory of all items inside the unit, any lost items and damages will be charged to guests accordingly. Thank you.
