気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
For anybody considering this property I have a couple observations and some advice. First, the bedrooms are ok but the kitchen is a complete mess. The counter is coming away from the wall and the faucet is very challenging to use. The stove doesn't light and you'll be asked to turn off the gas line when not in use. Nothing inspires confidence like being asked to turn off the gas at the source. Same with the washing machine, turn off the water source when not in use. Unit wasn't clean like you'd expect, probably due to all the stuff piled about. Be warned that the managers will ask for the city fee in cash before you enter the unit. I didn't realize this until a day or two before we left for Italy and this created an issue because this consumed about half of the cash that I had converted. Finally, make sure not to forget anything. My wife left her coat and the managers simply ignored my request to have the item shipped back at my expense. Overall I'd say that there are better places for the cost, particularly if you plan to use the kitchen.
