This house is in a Compound all around 8 feet high boundary wall. The bedroom size is 12’x9, consists of King size bed, 2 steel Wardrobes.And Split AC.
The Living room size is 12’x12’ consists of 3 single beds, between living room and Kitchen wall built bar table with 4 bar chairs.
Kitchen size 12’x12’ consists of L shaped Counter, 4 burner Hob, Microwave, Mixer Grinder, 2 door Refrigerator, crockery, cutlery, dishes/pots to cook.
OTG (Oven, Toaster, Grill) can be given if the guests want to bake or for Rotisserie Chicken. All the windows are blinded by curtains. Hot water for bath by solar boiler plus Electric Water Heater. All the windows are having steel mesh to protect insects. The entry door has security door with steel mesh and inside opening wooden door. When you come out of the house stepping to car parking.All around the compound planted fruit yielding trees/plans. North& East sides of the compound streets, south and west side Neighbours houses. This place is 21KM (13 miles) from KIA international Airport.Super Markets, Grocery Stores, Vegetables, meat stores etc are in walking distance that is 1 km(0.62 miles). There are no steps to enter the house. Suitable for Wheel Chaired persons movement. Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, etc are provided.

Also crack the jokes in case the other person interested to hear. I am more happy when my guests enjoy this place. Hospitality is my built in nature. Born in a very big family, enjoying family parties, singing, dancing with the guests etc. Is in my normal life.

This is outskirts of Bangalore city. To reduce smoke, sound & dust pollution, I chose this place to live. This is a village, so most of the people are honest & sincere.

Safe and secured home. This house is 8 feet high walled compound, privacy is highly maintained also the property is Away from noise pollution, dust pollution, & crowd. All type shops, supermarkets, Spirit stores, Grocery, Meat, Fish, Vegetables stores are within 1 km (0.61 miles). Inside the compound all around the compound planted seasonal fruit yielding trees.The Jeraisyl-Family house is in the same compound beside this home. And myself(host) living in the Jeraisyl family house, guest will get any help when they needed.
