This stylish apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) features 2 bedrooms and a living room, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. Situated in a modern apartment building, it includes a private bathroom for your convenience.

The bedroom 1 is furnished with a standard double bed (140 × 200 cm) and thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and restful atmosphere.

The bedroom 2 is furnished with a standard double bed (140 × 200 cm) and styled to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for a comfortable night’s rest.

In the living room, a cozy sofa bed offers additional sleeping space, complemented by a Smart TV for your entertainment.

Please note that a washing machine is available in the apartment for your convenience.

The apartment has 1 private bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, all in one room.

This apartment is in a very quiet building. We use noise monitoring (decibel only) to protect our neighbors.
No parties or loud music are allowed and noise must always be kept low.
Violations may result in a fine.

Host provided pictures for another apartment. The one we received was missing promised amenities, was noisy, didn’t have a canal view as promised by the name, and the building was filled with construction material. We left the apartment after arrival. The host seems to be refusing a refund despite providing incorrect property details on the booking.
