Villa Zephyros is a refined retreat set in the serene western hills of Agios Georgios on the island of Antiparos, offering spectacular views across the Bay of St. George and towards the island of Despotiko. Completed in 2023 together with its neighbouring residences, the property brings together modern comforts with the timeless charm of Cycladic architecture, making it an exceptional choice for guests seeking understated elegance and tranquillity. Inside, warm wooden accents and chic olive-green details create a calming and sophisticated atmosphere. The villa’s design offers four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, including a distinctive rooftop loft bedroom that enjoys an elevated outlook, though it remains open towards the staircase and therefore offers limited privacy.



Outdoors, Villa Zephyros features a sun-drenched terrace and a private pool with sweeping views of the sea, the perfect place to relax and savour the gentle island breezes. Just steps from the house, a small path winds down to a secluded beach with crystal-clear waters only 200 metres away, inviting guests to experience the island’s natural beauty at their doorstep. The villa accommodates up to six guests in comfort, complemented by five bathrooms including a convenient guest WC.



Daily cleaning and a mid-week change of towels and linens are included in the stay, as well as a personal check-in tour of the property. VillaMore can also arrange pre-stocking with groceries and wine, private massages or yoga sessions, and personalised recommendations for local dining and excursions. Guests benefit from 24/7 assistance and troubleshooting throughout their stay, ensuring complete peace of mind.



Please note that a minimum stay of four nights applies. A climate resilience fee of €15 per night is charged in addition to the rental rate, as well as a €60 check-out cleaning fee and a 3% processing fee. A security deposit of €500 is pre-authorised one day prior to arrival and released three days after departure, subject to no damages. Rates include VAT and municipal tax. Payment terms require 20% of the total amount upon reservation, with the balance due 90 days before arrival. The cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival; cancellations beyond this are non-refundable unless the dates are rebooked, in which case up to 100% of the payment may be reimbursed as a gesture of fairness.
