A lovely dog friendly 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Holiday home sited on the sought after 4 star Atlantic Reach Resort in Newquay Cornwall. Perfectly located to experience this very beautiful part of the country, renowned for its wonderful golden sandy beaches and breath taking views. Also a dream location to bring your dogs. Most beaches are dog friendly. The use of most of the Resort Facilities. Fast WiFi throughout the house. We also offer a 55" Sky Glass TV

The space
This is the perfect place for a large family or group of friends to get away and spend some quality time.

Bedrooms:

Our semi detached property consists of 4 bedrooms in total.

2 double rooms and a twin room upstairs, and a 4th double bedroom downstairs which is a great edition for people who find the stairs a challenge. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE THERE OWN FAN FOR THOSE WARM NIGHTS

The Master bedroom has a Super King Bed and boasts en-suite shower room.

The other 2 double bedrooms One has a standard double bed and the other a King Size Bed.

Fresh linen and towelling is provided. (Bring your own Beach Towels)

Bathrooms:

All bathrooms are supplied with hand soap, and all showers with 3 in 1 Body, Hair and Conditioner.

There is a Bathroom downstairs equipped with a Shower, WC and sink.

There is a family bathroom upstairs equipped with a WC, shower, sink and a Jacuzzi-bath .

In addition the Master bedroom has an en-suite equipped with a WC, sink and shower.

Kitchen:

We have a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, A large fridge freezer and all of the glass and cutlery you could need, In addition a Nespresso Coffee Machine so you can make a lovely Cappuccino or Latte. There is also mixer and a Ninja Air Fryer

Lounge:

Open Plan Lounge area has 3 large sofas, coffee table and a wall mounted 55'' Sky Glass TV inc Netflix & Amazon Prime.

- The historic “Manor Arms” offers a stylish bar and restaurant which offers live music throughout July & August

Dogs:

We do supply a large, medium and small dog feeding and water bowls.

We ask you to bring large throws to cover sofas incase they jump up.

Please remember to bring a doggy bed and towels.

Please ensure dogs are dryish before coming back in to the house.

Dogs are charged 45 Pounds per stay (Note this is what our cleaning company charge us)

A small doggie welcome pack is supplied.

Guest access
Our entire home is available for your use during your stay.

We provide clear access details and directions for your stay.

Keys will be available at the property in a wall lock box.

When you arrive at the Leisure Club Reception they we give you directions to the house & details of the facilities.

Other things to note:

Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00

Please note that we do not provide any Beach towels.

Only booked guests can sleep at the property. No parties or get togethers are allowed, we are not insured.

Other things to note
There are washing machines and tumble dryers available for use on the Resort. Please note there is a separate fee for these (pay at machine).
Great for washing your sandy clothes after a day at the beach, or going back home with no laundry to do!

Electric Vehicle Charging:
There are electric chargers on site. There is a 50 Kw BP Pulse (CCS and Chademo) charger in the main car park opposite reception.

In the car park opposite the main car park, there are a bank of slower 7 Kw BP Pulse (type 2) chargers.

Please do not try to charge cars at the house, as this is strictly not allowed. It is dangerous to charge cars using Extension leads ..... so we have to be very strict about this. Any guest charging a car at the house will be charged 100 Pounds and asked to leave immediately.

Please contact us before booking if you wish to book accommodation for Contractors, as there are certain restrictions with vans parked here etc. We are just trying to avoid any problems for our guests
