Set on Tycoch Road in the popular Sketty area, this spacious 3-bedroom home offers a comfortable base close to Swansea University, Singleton Park, and beautiful Swansea Bay. Perfect for families, professionals, or small groups, you’ll enjoy easy access to local shops, cafés, and routes to Mumbles and the Gower Peninsula.
