Semi-detached house in a village with large pools for adults and children, very close to the Thermal Baths, surrounded by greenery in a peaceful area, about 500mt from the sea and approximately 200mt from the shopping promenade. The house features a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious porch with an outdoor fireplace. A private garden is also included. Amenities include TV, air conditioning, washing machine, safe, and a covered parking space. °Final cleaning is not included in the booking price (check below) °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance
