Welcome to Priory Coach House, a stunning seaside retreat set within the private grounds of family-owned Priory Norton, with the owner nearby to assist and offer local recommendations throughout your stay.

This elegant home sleeps up to 18 guests across seven ensuite bedrooms, making it ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends. There are two ground-floor bedrooms (including the luxurious master suite with a freestanding roll-top bath) and five first-floor bedrooms, one featuring a private balcony with beautiful countryside-to-sea views. Six bedrooms have super king beds, four of which can be arranged as twins on request. A cosy family “dorm” room with two bunk beds and two singles is perfect for children, complemented by The Den, a relaxed snug with books, games, toys, and a TV.

The spacious living room is designed for comfort and fun, featuring plush seating, a large flatscreen TV, a table tennis table, and even a disco ball with mood lighting for lively evenings. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area has everything for a relaxed self-catering stay — double oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, ice maker, and cafetière — with a large dining table for shared meals. A laundry room with washing machine, sink and dryer adds convenience.

Outside, enjoy the private garden — perfect for dining, entertaining, or relaxing — with a private path leading to the beach through tranquil dunes. Please note the open pond and open garden boundaries; children should be supervised, and dogs kept on leads.
